Hotel with nice outlook. Very attentive service. Munnimar took us on a wonderful guided walk. Nice spa treatments on site. Rooms a little tired and we found it a little noisy overnight. Otherwise a pleasant stay.

Exceptional position overlooking the tea plantations of Munnar. Food good and room service - Thank you KAMAL - excellent. A modern hotel and the reception staff were particularly friendly and useful. I had a difficulty with mislaid luggage at the airport and was grateful for telephone help.

Visiting from out of the country, I had a wonderful experience at the Fragrant nature hotel inMunnar. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful in the views from my hotel room were absolutely stunning. I enjoyed dinner in the restaurant, friendly room, service and wonderful spa services. The hotel is surrounded by gardens and offers. Nature walks and other activities. My hotel room was spacious with plenty of amenities, the bed was comfortable. This was a great location to explore the area from and I would recommend anyone to stay here if visiting Munar.

Very helpful staff and guides specially Manimaran who gave us very good guidance on our stay. Wonderful views, great breakfast and 5 star service. All around our stay was wonderful and we would stay here again! The location is really amazing!

She gave us a great comfort explained us clearly about all facilities we felt her so familiar and like a family member.Food and views were very excellent we felt like being in heaven and also felt soo comfortable like being with own family all staffs were so friendly and kind and offered awesome service

Superb location. Had a pleasant stay at the resort. Awesome view from the Private terrace. Misty climate and a little drizzling, infinity fool, amazing garden, great food. I liked the brid chirping in the morning and the view was excellent

The stay was warm . Place is lovely with a cliff view. Warm and hospitable staff and amazing food. Kids had a great time. The place has a temperature controlled swimming pool which the kids enjoyed in . Would recommend to stay here. Had a great time

The view is fantastic from the restaurant. The staff is very hospitable. Everything about the hotel is awesome whether it's the view,staff, room, hygiene or services. Definitely,will stay again if I travel to Munnar.keep up the good job!

The hotel was excellent, situated in the valley surrounded by tea planted mountains looking very fresh pretty. The staff were friendly and helpful. Room was clean and neat. The room service reception and dining staff also helpful. We will definitely want to visit again for relaxing and for freshen up.
